Request For Action Under Section 263(2) of The Communications and Multimedia Act CMA 1998 From SKMM

The media industry in Malaysia is regulated by the Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM, translated as Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission). The SKMM has the power to implement and enforce the provisions of the communications and multimedia law, regulate all matters relating to communications and multimedia activities not provided for in the communications and multimedia law, and to recommend reforms to existing law.

The SKMM sent a memo to ISPs last week titled "Request For Action Under Section 263(2) of The Communications and Multimedia Act CMA 1998," ordering them to completely block various file sharing websites. This was one month after the country's Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak promised that his administration would never censor the Internet.

The document uncovered by Wirawanweb and dated May 30, 2011 revealed that the SKMM is now fighting online copyright infringement. The memo ordered all Malaysian ISPs to immediately block the following 10 popular file sharing websites:

http://www.fileserve.com
http://www.filetube.com

The letter, signed by Acting Senior Director of the Digital Security Services Division, Eneng Faridah Iskandar, says the aforementioned URLs have been found by the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-Operative & Consumerism (KPDNKK) to be in contravention of law in Malaysia. This is because they breach Section 41 of the Copyright Act 1987. The ISPs were given two days to comply upon receiving the letter, and told that failure to do so is an offense under Section 242 of Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

Reports are coming in that some ISPs blocked all of the URLs in question for at least a few days. Not all of the ISPs complied, however, despite the legal threat.

Woh..it's long time since my last post on Jan '10, didnt knw what stuff make me busy..
playing games? job? migrating? maybe dont have mood to write on my lonely blog...haha...

My jobs?

Currently my job is quite a mess now, with expecting non-accomplished deadline on 8 Oct '10.
Main const start to pull out their political issue as they has internal financial problem. cant pay labors manpower. Equivalent progress gets slower and expecting can be handover on late Jan '11
Even though the structure 90p% complete, delay on architecture & infra works.

My part? LV (always ahead), ELV(still on track but sometimes delay) and LV (worrying me with quite some delay) with lots of coordination need to be done, Then i'm in job hunt mode and quite numbers of call for interview received and due to now i know exp is massive asset for worker.

Games..?!!

Few couple of games i had play since 7 months i'here. Wow..dota..CSO..tribalwars and others stuff..

Early this month i log in to my Wow account but there's no char. Maybe admin deleted my char since inactive record log in..Little bit disappointment thinking of alot of my equ very strong.
so that's it..i'm done with Wow..yet the installer 8GB i still kept in my external drive.

Dota i have play few months..normally play with Agi hero (especially stealth abiility), sometimes with int. Most hard win..countable save reply losing games which i look again for own gain.
But Garena have upgrade into 1.43e..i cant play online..

Tribal wars..i have play for 8 weeks, now have 6villages with total point 20k, good coordinate tribe..so i am getting chance grow big, yet i had noble a villa just nobled by a big player..
then she/he started to attacked me..and that time i busy with family stuff (it's june & school holidays..) so i'm stop log in to tribalwars..

Playing WoW....again!!

My Shaman Char Since i was in UMP 2007/08 playing World of Warcraft (WoW). Firstly with burning crusade version. I used Warrior character with Protection talent and enchanting prof, it's a nice warrior and i'm proud of in..lol as i farely win with the duel, even with rogue. But that is just beginning and i'm still vry noob..hak2
Then after semester break, the server reseted.

Next character i play was hunter, with marksman talent,.it's nice one too since it's range attack & vry good with AP. It when quit long with the character, then lastly i play blood elf rogue character. I like the rogue's skills so much as it's can stealth and ambush with awesome AP..haha,Lastly, the server is always reset and that pissed me off..then break for intership period, i didnt play once.

On April, i back to UMP with illigelly move on with Bob's room, then i play wow with shaman enchance talent but not very long,. This time i just play battleground frequently..lol

Now, playing online private www.omgzone.net playing paladin with retri,.cant pump up my items much cz i'm working now,.just online at night.

New Life Begin

Skrg baru lega skit slps dpt tawaran kerja RE-E di shah alam.. 18hb oct gerak bertolak ke shah alam..tp otw hntr adik aku, amir ker UMP. Tiba2 sblm bertolak tu adik aku sorang lagi lak dpt interview kt puncak perdana utk degree architecture.
Smpai shah alam hampir maghrib and buat mase sekarang stay umah pesal utk 1mggu ni..
pasni mgkin stay kt umah abe di puchong atau di bangi ngan tamimi sebab dekat skit dgn site construction aku..

First day dah masuk meeting ngan datin Zu. Then patah balik ke HQ ngan kete datin utk dptkn breifing berkenaan post aku..
pasni terus akan full time dkt site INSPEN, Sepang. Aku harap aku dpt byk blaja & sedut segala pengalam dari org2 yg lebih pengalamn kt sini. Yg paling penting.,.aku dpt hadapi segala cabaran (mcm malas, acrophobia,egotism, dll).

UMP Convocation 3rd Oct '09

Mula bergerak dari rumahku ke UMP start pkul 6pm. Amik mase lebih kurang 1jam 30mint utk smpai jadi smpai mase maghrib. Ingt nak pegi pasar malam dlu..tp terbatal niat bile dah masuk bilik..

aku duk lepak bilik pie & bob jer.. Esknye pegi la rehearsal konvo dlm pkul 9am (sepatutny pkul 8.30am). Just dengar sikit2..pastu bile start membebel aku pun blah pegi amik baju konvo.. Lame jgk..dlm pkul 12 lebey baru siap..

Konvo start pkul 2pm tp pkul 1.30 dh pegi register name..siap kene H1N1 filtering lagi..
Lepas check name, amik kad alumni then beratur kt dlm dewan tu.. depan aku hanis pastu belakang aku matnor..haha,nasib baik budak kelas aku...xla boring sgt..

Berdebar jgk nak amik scroll..bile pas trime scroll, so ucap la "junjung kasih tuanku canselor"
hehe..kirorg kire bertuah jgk la..sebab sesi 1 ni tuanku canselor sendiri yg bagi.. sesi II ni pengurusi lembaga pengarah yang bagi scroll..

Ok jgk la konvo ni..nice memory and great exp. Bleh tahan banyak jgk amik gmbr..dekat 50 keping ko campur skali dgn makan malam bersama NC..cume sedikit kecewa sebab nama kiteorg x disebut & x terpapar dalam screen alasan yg diberi technical error oleh hand sanitizer..

Lastly,i wanna thanks to my belove parents, family, sibling, friends who really give support for me during in UMP.. and now.. I am degree graduated student yet unemployed.. Hope to get my 1st job soon.. Amin..

Hari Raya dah nak dekat..so aku amk kesempatan ni nak wish SeLaMaT HaRi RaYa iDulFitRi.
Mcm biase hari raya aku nak mintak maaf utk semua sedara-mara, member² aku..
Dari hujung rambut smpai hujung kaki sepanjang aku kenal korang semua..

Raya ke-2 rumah aku ade buat open house..dijemput la hadir ke rumah aku..
Hari raya ke-3 aku akan pegi KayBee sebab sepupu aku ade bertunang & family day kat sana.

Kata `Aisyah "Nabi saw apabila masuk 10 malam terakhir akan mengikat kainnya, menghidupkan malamnya dan mengejutkan keluarganya daripada tidur" Malam yang paling baik sepanjang tahun ialah 10 malam terakhir Ramadhan. Ini kerana diharapkan berlaku di dalamnya malam al-Qadar yang lebih baik daripada seribu bulan.

Masuknya 10 terakhir Ramadhan ialah dengan tenggelamnya matahari hari ke 20 Ramadhan dan berakhir dengan tenggelamnya matahari sebelum bermula hari raya.
Tiga perlakuan nabi pada 10 malam terakhir Ramadhan ialah mengikat kain, menghidupkan malam dan menggerakan isterinya daripada tidur. Menghidupkan malam bererti baginda menghidupkan 10 malam terakhir sepenuhnya dengan ibadah.

Sabit dalam hadis yang sahih bahawa baginda tidak menghidupkan malam sepenuhnya hingga ke subuh pada malam-malam biasa. Justeru hadis ini hanya merujuk kepada 10 malam akhir.
Menggerakkan isteri daripada tidur menunjukkan bahawa baginda tidak mewajibkan para isteri dan keluarga untuk berjaga sepanjang malam. Itu adalah kemampuan baginda. Tapi mereka dibiarkan tidur terlebih dahulu, kemudian dikejutkan daripada tidur untuk sama-sama menghidupkan malam.

Menurut Nawawi dalam Syarh Muslim, para ulama berbeza pendapat tentang maksud mengikat kain. Satu pendapat: ia adalah tanda kesungguhan dalam beribadah melebihi kebiasaan nabi saw pada malam-malam lainnya. Kata sebahagian ulama: ia kinayah kepada tidak berlakunya jima` dengan isteri kerana kesibukan beribadah diwaktu malam.

Ramdhan

Welcome Ramdhan. Now it almost 2 weeks of fasting. Mostly i just spent at home, playing games and get online.
The best things when fasting is when 'berbuka puasa'. Currently i had 4 times berbuka at 4 star and above hotel such as Legend Hotel(KL), Vistana Hotel(Kuantan), Residence Resort Hotel (Paka) and Roronua Resort (Paka). At Vistana hotel even though the foods & meals is not enough for all of the costumer, but there i met with Farah and snap with her with my little sis. ^_^
